You're not producing commercials or sound bites for your courses, and you don't have the option of talking to every consumer at length about what you're offering.
And while you have printed brochures and flyers that are mailed to, and online content that is seen by, hundreds if not thousands of people, these mediums don't provide the opportunity for your customers to see your eyes light up when talking about a new class or your fabulous instructors.
Make sure your written words relay important information about the class while allowing your excitement about the class to come through.
