Reservation and Facility Scheduling System for Managing People, Spaces & Equipment

Scheduling
Buildings, rooms, equipment, and staff can all be associated to a permit.  Each ‘reservable’ item has its own availability schedule, and the scheduling process will quickly allow you to compare multiple options at the same time to determine the ones that best meet your needs. During the permit creation process, you have the ability to allow conflicts/overlaps on a permit by permit basis.  Setup and teardown time can be added to each item being reserved.

Spaces
Users have the flexibility to create as many sub-levels of spaces as needed.  For example, each building can have rooms, and those rooms can be broken down into sub-components, etc.  You aren't limited to a two-level structure. This would allow the High School to have ‘Gym A’, which can further be broken down into North side and South side.  Reservations can be made into either side or into Gym A, which automatically books both sides.

Date Picker Our interactive “date picker” allows a visual calendar for choosing dates - simply click on the dates you want.  Options to select 'all Mondays', 'all Tuesdays', etc, along with ‘all month’ make facility scheduling quick and easy.

Rates and Fees
Fees for space, equipment, and staff time can be based on hourly, per use, flat rate or included amounts, and the amounts may vary by the type of user.  Time used for setup and tear down can also be billable time, either at the same rate, a different rate, or at no additional fee.  Adjustments can be added in either a dollar value or percentage to accommodate discounts or additional fees.

List and Chart Views
To easily see when spaces are booked, staff has been scheduled, or equipment is reserved, these scheduled items can be viewed in either a list or a chart view.  The individual bookings associated with a permit are also available to view in either method.

User Access
Access and editing privileges can be specified per login, allowing some users ‘view only’ access, others ‘edit’ access, while others have full add/edit/delete access.
