Affinety Solutions, Inc. was founded by a team of experienced web-based application designers, with an eye to leveraging proven software into the education and corporate sectors. Today, the company is privately held by brothers Stephen and Joe Holewa. The brothers are deeply rooted in the educational traditions of St. Thomas High School and University, with early careers in Bill Norris’ Control Data Corporation, a pioneer in computers for higher education and engineering. It is only fitting, therefore, that Affinety benefited from seed funds provided by the College of St. Thomas’ “Bill Norris Institute”.
Stephen Holewa is responsible for day-to-day activities. He has 25 years of marketing and executive management experience working in the Information Technology (IT) area and brings his diverse experience in Internet software applications, business development, marketing, and management consulting. In his previous positions he has consistently helped increase organization revenues and helped forge long-term relationships with customers. Raised in Minnesota, Stephen graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
